These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and training services provided by Mosh Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (“Mosh”). By enrolling in any of our programmes or using moshconsultants.com.pk, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Mosh Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a registered private limited company in Pakistan and the sole NFPA Authorized Education Network (AEN) partner operating in the country. Our authorisation is verifiable directly through nfpa.org.

Enrolment in any training programme is confirmed only after we receive full payment and you receive a written confirmation email from our team.

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute enrolment. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-paid basis until cohort capacity is reached.

You are responsible for providing accurate name, contact and employer details — this information appears on your NFPA certificate and Credly digital badge.

Programme fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Fees are inclusive of training delivery, course materials, NFPA certificate and Credly digital badge issuance.

Fees are exclusive of:

• Travel, accommodation and visa expenses (for in-person programmes).
• Optional NFPA certification exam fees (CFPS, CFI, CFPE).
• Applicable government taxes where required.

Corporate group bookings (8+ delegates) are eligible for tiered discounts — pricing confirmed via written proposal.

You may cancel and request a refund per the following schedule from the batch start date:

• 14+ days before: Full refund minus 5% admin fee.
• 7–13 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before: No refund, but you may transfer your seat to a future batch (within 12 months) at no additional cost.

If we cancel a batch (low enrolment, instructor unavailability, force majeure), you receive a full refund or free transfer to any future batch of equivalent value.

NFPA certificates and Credly digital badges are issued only to participants who:

• Attend the minimum required hours per the programme syllabus (typically 90%+).
• Complete any prescribed assessments or activities.
• Have settled all programme fees in full.

Certificates are issued within 14 working days of programme completion. Credly badges are issued via NFPA's Credly account and arrive in your inbox separately.

All training materials — including slide decks, handouts, recordings, examples and references — are the intellectual property of NFPA or Mosh Consultants and are licensed to you for personal study only.

You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or use these materials to deliver competing training without prior written consent.

We expect all participants to conduct themselves professionally — respectful interaction with instructors and fellow learners, honest completion of assessments, and adherence to NFPA's ethical guidelines.

Mosh reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the learning environment, with no refund.

Our training programmes are educational in nature. While we deliver them to the highest professional standard, application of NFPA codes in real-world projects remains the responsibility of the qualified engineer or professional executing the work.

Mosh Consultants' total liability under any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
